Mercer Restaurant is a signature gastronomic experience signed by Chef Xavier Lahuerta. His menu is based on traditional cuisine with French influences, seasonal local ingredients, and modern culinary techniques. The result is a delicate and genuine Mediterranean, in one of the most elegant restaurants in Barcelona.
The Mercer Restaurant also has a private room for small events and celebrations, set in one of the defence towers of the former Roman wall of Barcino (the 28th tower) and featuring original 12th-century frescoes. An historic and personal setting, unique in Barcelona.
